Each wooden pebble is a 100% replica of real sea pebbles, handcrafted from beech wood. Each piece undergoes 5 stages of manual mechanical processing to achieve a soft touch that can only be created by nature, sea waves, sand and wind, or the careful hands of a human.
With every set of Wooden Stacking Pebbles purchased, we plant 1 tree in collaboration with the "Mama Plant a Tree" project.*

Each pebble is a 100% replica of the natural original. Our approach to selecting the original pebbles is based on intuition. There are millions of pebbles on the beach. However, you know the feeling when you find that one special pebble you want to hold in your hand, gaze at its sea- and time-carved shape, and feel the spirit of the place it belongs to. This is why an unwavering rule at Balanced Company is to return the original elements back to their ecosystem. We borrow sources of inspiration from nature and then, with gratitude, return them to their rightful place.
Each pebble undergoes 5 stages of manual mechanical processing to achieve the softness of touch that only nature, sea waves, sand, wind, or the careful hands of a human can create. Only meticulous handcrafting can replicate the perfect forms created by nature. The tactile characteristics of the product are enhanced by a hand-applied coating of eco-friendly, plant-based oil.
Wooden Stacking Pebbles are made from beech wood, a native of European forests. Its wood is characterized by strength and high resistance to damage and peeling. Beech is one of the most energetically favorable types of wood for humans. It is associated with resilience to stress and the ability to concentrate. Beech embodies greatness, prosperity, honor and victory, resilience, and the fullness of life energy.
Dimensions:
The size of each pebble ranges from 5 to 10 cm in length, with varying shapes and thicknesses.Photos of sets are for illustration purposes only; each set is entirely unique and may vary slightly in texture and color due to the natural characteristics of the wood
Product Care:
- Keep the pebbles dry and store them in the cotton bag when not in use.
- If the wood appears dry or loses its luster, apply a small amount of linseed or olive oil and rub it in with a soft cloth in a circular motion, then wipe off any excess oil. Allow the stones to air dry completely before stacking or storing.
Warnings:
- Not a toy.
- Keep out of reach of children to prevent choking hazards. Not suitable for children under 3 years old.
- Handle with care to prevent dropping, which may cause the stones to break or get damaged

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Shipping time within The Netherlands typically range between 2-5 business days, depending on your location.
International Shipping:
At the moment, we offer international shipping to selected countries. Shipping costs and deliverytimes will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
- Europe delivery time: 5-10 business days
- Outside Europe delivery time: 7-14 business days
Please note that customs and import duties may apply for international orders. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and will vary depending on the destination country
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to follow the progress of your delivery
Lost or Damaged Packages
Balanced Company is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. However, if your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@balancedcompany.nl, and we will do our best to assist you.

Returns
You have 14 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@balancedcompany.nl with your order details and reason for the return. We will provide further instructions on how to send back your item.

- Items that are custom-made, personalized, or on sale may not be eligible for returns.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the refund within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider’s policies. Late or Missing Refunds If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe, please check with your bank or credit card company as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted. If you’ve done this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@balancedcompany.nl.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at info@balancedcompany.nl with details of the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns:

- Downloadable software products
- Personalized or custom items
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. Include a description of the issue and photos,and we will work with you to resolve the problem promptly, including offering a replacement or refund.
Shipping Returns
You arrange the return shipment yourself using your preferred courier, at your own expense.
You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
